Connect The 1% to Apple Health to unlock the full picture. Workouts write to your Health history automatically. Heart rate, steps, sleep, and body weight flow back in. It's the most seamless way to keep all your health data in one ecosystem.
Pick one or two features and build from there

The only feature that requires connectivity is searching the nutrition database, and even that caches recently-searched items locally. The gym has patchy Wi-Fi. The trail you run doesn't have signal.
